Online ADHD assessment.
An online ADHD assessment gives adults a clear, considered answer to a question many have carried for years, and you can complete the whole process by secure video, without a long waitlist or any travel. At AusCare, a registered psychologist guides you through a structured assessment and provides a written report with findings and practical recommendations.

Who an ADHD assessment is for.
Many adults go years wondering whether ADHD explains their struggles with focus, organisation, follow-through, time or restlessness. An assessment is worth considering if you recognise long-standing difficulties with sustaining attention, being easily distracted, losing track of tasks and belongings, running late or underestimating time, restlessness or impulsivity, or a lifelong sense of working harder than others to keep on top of things. An assessment helps you understand whether the criteria for ADHD are met and what might help.

How the online ADHD assessment works.
Each ADHD assessment is an all-inclusive package covering intake, testing, the written report and a feedback session, for one fixed fee. It begins with an intake session, where we talk through your history and what you are hoping to understand. Testing draws on structured clinical interviews and validated questionnaires, and is followed by a written report with findings and recommendations, and a feedback session to talk them through.
An assessment helps clarify whether the criteria for ADHD are met, and a diagnosis is made only where it is clinically indicated. We will be clear at every stage about what the assessment can and cannot tell you.

If you’d prefer to talk things through first, you can book a standard initial consultation at $245, which attracts the Medicare rebate; the assessment fee is separate.
