Thank you for considering AusCare Psychology for your patients. We are a telehealth practice offering registered psychologists by secure video across Australia, and we are accepting new referrals. This page sets out what we offer and how to refer.

What we offer.
Individual therapy for children aged seven and over, teenagers and adults, and couples counselling, across anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, adjustment and relationship concerns, plus ADHD and cognitive assessments for adults. Sessions are by secure video, which suits patients who are time-poor, rural or regional, or who prefer to be seen at home. Your patient sees the same psychologist each time.
How to refer.
Send a referral with a mental health treatment plan to referrals@auscarepsychology.com.au, or by fax to [fax number to be confirmed]. Please include the patient’s details, the areas of concern, and your provider number. We accept new mental health treatment plan referrals and will book your patient promptly.

What your patient can expect.
A prompt booking, continuity with the same psychologist, and a report back to you in line with the Better Access requirements. Your patient pays the session fee and claims their Medicare rebate, with the gap set out clearly before they book.
