Telehealth psychology for Ballarat.
Ballarat is one of Victoria's largest regional cities, and while it has grown steadily, local psychology appointments can still be hard to come by, with waitlists that stretch out over the colder months when more people reach out. Online therapy opens up more availability and saves the drive to Melbourne. Whether you are in central Ballarat, Sebastopol, Wendouree or the smaller towns of the Goldfields, you book a time that suits you and meet your psychologist by secure video from home.

Funding for Ballarat clients.
Medicare rebates apply to online sessions just as they do in person, and Medicare is national, so Ballarat clients claim the same rebate as anyone else. With a GP referral and a mental health treatment plan, Medicare rebates $101.55 on an eligible session with a registered psychologist, so you are about $143.45 out of pocket on a $245 session. We also see NDIS self and plan-managed participants and private clients.
