Telehealth psychology for Sydney.
Sydney is vast, and getting across it for an appointment can swallow half a day between traffic, trains and parking. Seeing an online psychologist takes the travel out of the equation entirely. Whether you are in the inner city, the eastern suburbs, the north shore, the Hills, or out through Western Sydney and the Parramatta corridor, you book a time that suits you and meet your psychologist by secure video from home or on a break. For a city where distance and traffic are a daily fact of life, that flexibility often decides whether support happens at all.
What we help Sydney clients with.
Our registered psychologists support Sydney clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and burnout, grief and loss, relationships and interpersonal challenges, and life transitions, and we offer ADHD and cognitive assessments for adults.

Funding for Sydney clients.
Medicare rebates apply to online sessions just as they do in person, and Medicare is national, so Sydney clients claim the same rebate as anyone else. With a GP referral and a mental health treatment plan, Medicare rebates $101.55 on an eligible session with a registered psychologist, so you are about $143.45 out of pocket on a $245 session. We also see NDIS self and plan-managed participants and private clients.
