About Bob.

Bob is a registered psychologist with more than ten years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma and the quieter struggles that do not always have a name. His approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy. He sees therapy as collaborative and unhurried, a space to think out loud without being rushed towards a solution. What he cares about most is helping people rebuild a sense of agency, the point at which someone realises they are not broken, just stuck, and that stuck is workable. Bob offers ADHD and cognitive assessments, and works in English, Farsi, Persian and Dari.
