About Darren.

Darren is a Registered Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults and couples, providing tailored support across a wide range of emotional, behavioural and developmental needs. He draws on evidence-based approaches to help clients work through anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, ADHD, autism, trauma, parenting challenges and relationship and life transitions. With a warm, collaborative style, Darren creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood and build practical strategies for resilience. He also works with couples on communication, managing conflict, rebuilding trust and understanding each other's needs, and offers ADHD and cognitive assessments. Darren is also a qualified physiotherapist, which brings a whole-person perspective to his work.
